- Monday to Friday from 9am to 2:30pm
DELIVERY TIME
- Spain and Portugal: 2 - 3 working days
- European Countries: 4 - 6 working days
- Outside the European Community: 6 - 10 working days
- PRE-ORDER: 30 days
DELIVERY POLICY
- All orders placed Monday through Friday before 10:00AM will be prepared and shipped the same day. Order places outside this timeframe will be prepared on the next working day.
- Spain Free shipping on orders over 120€
- Europe Free shipping on orders over 160€
- No orders are shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
- Air or sea shipments may suffer delays outside the courier company contracted by FAR RUNNING.

- If the country of destination of your order is not in the list above, please contact us via email run@far.run before placing your order and we will inform you.
- FAR RUNNING will not be responsible for paying any local sales tax or import duties arising at the delivery destination, any such costs shall be borne by the Customer.
- When returning or exchanging a product that has been subject to local sales taxes or import duties, FAR RUNNING will not be responsible for refunding or reimbursing these costs.
- FAR RUNNING reserves the right to modify the shipping costs or free conditions offered on its website.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
- Customers may request exchange and/or return sending an email to run@far.run within 30 days of receiving the product. The email must include the order number, a description of the products to be exchanged and/or returned and the reason for exchange and/or return.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, along with any accessories, and must not be used, washed or damaged and have their original labels and packaging.
EXCHANGES
- The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs to our warehouse. As a convenience, our company provides FREE shipping for the replacement item(s).
For INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES, it will be necessary to:
- Notify the courier that is a return order, and as such, it is exempt from taxes.
- Provide the invoice issued by FAR to make sure no taxes are charged.
- Fill the return form provided by AR and attach it to the package.
If a package is received with taxes the company will not accept the package and will be returned to the customer.
RETURNS
- The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs to our warehouse.
- For INTERNATIONAL RETURNS, it will be necessary to:
- Notify the courier that is a return order, and as such, it is exempt from taxes.
- Provide the invoice issued by FAR to make sure no taxes are charged.
- Fill the return form provided by AR and attach it to the package.
If a package is received with taxes the company will not accept the package and will be returned to the customer.
- Until we receive the items sent to us as exchanges and/or returns they are the customer's responsibility. We recommend customers use a courier service or registered post and keep proof of postage.
- In the event that FAR RUNNING sends a different item to that ordered by the customer or the items sent are defective, FAR RUNNING will bear the shipping costs for its return and/or exchange.
- For special offers, which include free delivery, the customer will bear delivery costs for exchange and/or return.
- FAR RUNNING does not accept returns on items sent as cash on delivery.
- We do not accept returns on orders discounted more than 30%, and size exchanges for these items are at the customer's expense.
- Once we have received the items and approved the exchange and/or return, FAR RUNNING will dispatch the new sizes or models for exchanges or will reimburse the customer via the same payment method used to place the order, within a maximum of 10 working days.
