STORE PICK UP TIMES

  • Monday to Friday from 9am to 2:30pm 

DELIVERY TIME

  • Spain and Portugal: 2 - 3 working days
  • European Countries: 4 - 6 working days
  • Outside the European Community: 6 - 10 working days
  • PRE-ORDER: 30 days

DELIVERY POLICY

- All orders placed Monday through Friday before 10:00AM will be prepared and shipped the same day. Order places outside this timeframe will be prepared on the next working day.
- Spain Free shipping on orders over 300€ 
- Europe Free shipping on orders over 300€
- No orders are shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
- Air or sea shipments may suffer delays outside the courier company contracted by FAR RUNNING.

  • FAR RUNNING is not responsible for any local sales tax or import duties at the delivery destination. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • When returning or exchanging a product that has been subject to local taxes or import duties, FAR RUNNING will not refund or reimburse these costs.

  • FAR RUNNING reserves the right to modify shipping costs or free shipping conditions offered on its website.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • Customers may request an exchange and/or return within 30 days of receiving the product by sending an email to run@far.run with the order number, the products to be exchanged/returned, and the reason.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original labels and packaging.

EXCHANGES

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our warehouse. FAR RUNNING provides free shipping for the replacement item(s).

  • For international exchanges, the customer must notify the courier that it is a return order (exempt from taxes), provide the FAR RUNNING invoice, and complete the return form.

RETURNS

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • For international returns, the customer must follow the same steps as for exchanges. If the package arrives with taxes, FAR RUNNING will not accept it and will return it to the customer.

  • FAR RUNNING does not accept returns on orders with discounts greater than 30%, and size exchanges for these items are at the customer's expense.

  • For special offers with free shipping, the customer must cover shipping costs for exchanges and/or returns.

  • FAR RUNNING does not accept returns on cash-on-delivery orders.

  • Once the return or exchange is approved, FAR RUNNING will send the new product or refund the customer via the same payment method within a maximum of 10 working days.
