How can I contact FAR?

Our chat is available 24 hours a day to answer any questions you may have. If we are offline, you can email us using the chat function and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

How can I pay?

On our FAR online store we accept payments using debit/credit cards or PayPal.
FAR takes security very seriously for online payments. Each payment is made securely. We only use secure connections, such URLs with the «https» prefix. For added security with credit card payments, we will always ask for your CVV code for each payment. Our payment department can carry out verifications before approving the transaction and for even greater protection you can contact us for more details before confirming your order.

What is my size?

You can use the sizing guide under the description of each product. Check our sizing guides for men and women. If you have any questions, please contact us using our live chat, completing the contact form or by sending us an email to run@far.run.

Which delivery company does FAR use?

Deliveries are sent via Nacex, UPS and Correos courier service.

Do you do international deliveries?

Yes, you can check the list of countries to be delivered to on the Deliveries and Returns section of our website. If your country is not on the list, send us an email to run@far.run and we will contact you.

How much does delivery cost?

You can check delivery costs on the Deliveries and Returns section of our website.

Has my order been sent?

You can check your order status at any time using the link sent to you via text message from the Nacex, UPS or Correos courier service.

Is there any available showroom?

Yes, our showroom is available in Carrer Sant Elies 6 but only under appointment.

What are the store pick-up hours?

Monday to Friday: from 8:30am to 3pm

    When will my order arrive?

    You can check our national and international delivery policy in the Deliveries and Returns section, which gives estimated delivery times for each region and/or using the tracking link sent to you via text message from Nacex, UPS or Correos courier service.

    For special orders, ask us about estimated delivery times by emailing us at run@far.run Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service's own delivery policies.

    Can I buy FAR products in stores?

    FAR products are currently only available through our online store.
    If you have a store and are interested in our collection, you can contact us at run@far.run.

    Why can't I add a product to my shopping basket? Is it out of stock?

    Generally when you cannot add a product to the cart it means that the product is out of stock. You can use the "contact me" option to receive an email when the item is available again.

    How can I return or exchange a product?

    You can check delivery costs on the Deliveries and Returns section of our website.

    Do I have to pay to exchange or return my order?

    Delivery charges for exchanges and/or returns will be paid by the customer requesting exchange and/or return.

    When will I be refunded?

    Once we receive the returned items and approve the refund, you will be reimbursed in a maximum of 10 working days using the same channel through which you made your purchase.

    Can I cancel my order?

    Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they have been placed. You can return or exchange it for another product. 

    What type of taxes will apply?

    FAR is not responsible for import duties or local taxes, which must be paid by the customer.
