Refund policy
1.- Customers may request exchange and/or return by emailing run@far.run within 14 days of receiving the product. The email must include the order number, a description of the products to be exchanged and/or returned and the reason for exchange and/or return.
2.- Items must be returned in their original condition, along with any accessories, and must not be used, washed or damaged and have their original labels and packaging.
3.- Customers must send the item, in a maximum of seven (7) working days from requesting exchange and/or return, with the delivery note and where applicable the invoice issued by FAR to the following address:

Delivery charges for exchanges and/returns will be paid by the customer requesting exchange and/return.
Until we receive the items sent to us as exchanges and/or returns they are the customer's responsibility. We recommend customers use a courier service or registered post and keep proof of postage.
In the event that FAR RUNNING sends a different item to that ordered by the customer or the items sent are defective, FAR RUNNING will bear the shipping costs for its return and/or exchange.
For special offers, which include free delivery, the customer will bear delivery costs for exchange and/or return.
FAR RUNNING does not accept returns on items sent as cash on delivery.
4.- Once we have received the items and approved the exchange and/or return, FAR RUNNING will dispatch the new sizes or models for exchanges or will reimburse the customer via the same payment method used to place the order, within a maximum of 10 working days.
